I work best on visionary products, complex full-stack applications, and early-stage startups that need to move fast without sacrificing code quality. If you need a landing page or a WordPress site, I'm probably not the right fit — but I'm happy to refer you to someone who is.
Typically within 1–2 weeks of signing. For urgent projects I can sometimes start sooner — just ask.
Both. I can embed into an existing engineering team and follow your processes, or I can operate independently and own the entire technical stack. Either way, communication is transparent and frequent.
Equity terms are negotiated case by case. Generally: standard 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff, accelerated vesting on acquisition, and terms documented in a formal agreement reviewed by both parties' counsel.
For the right opportunity — yes. If you're building something genuinely interesting and the fit is strong, I'm open to converting from a contract or co-founder engagement into a full-time role.
